I've seen another video with this exact version of the nursery rhyme, and it features illustrations of a boy acting out the song, as well as the lyrics on the screen with a white bouncing ball. I'm not sure if he's Asian or not because he's got jet-black hair. If any of you out there have that video from 1985, I'd appreciate it if you could upload it, thanks.
