i just bought a 16inch conplete very very very nice uppers also in the vid what type of forgrip and bipod is that?

Good man. The bipod/foregrip I believe are both made by UTG, just cheap parts that do the job. Got them off of cheaper than dirt. They have both since been replaced by a magpul AFG2
