Ma should know "how serious this disaster was" on the first day, shouldn't he? He expected the people to evacuate from their homes, so he must know that the choas bought by this typhoon were very serious. How come he waited until the 7th day to start saving people's lives? He is full of himself! Everything he have said was an excuse!!!!
