Sorry i didnt watch the video, but if you didnt you might want to elaborate on the protection your phone will have from this replaced case. I know the default back plate is extremely durable, and that some of these are made of terribly qualities so you could wind up breaking your iphone the first time you drop it after installation.

i found dat changing back cover will affect pictures taken with with flash. it seems the light reflects back inside the phone and gives the picture a cloudy, smoky look to it. not pretty. but pics without flash r fine

They still can be Phillips head screws, some where made with phillips the newer ones use are using ones, they are now coming out with ones that have pins in the center so they know if you remove it or not and it's impossible to do it without them noticing.

@mike398100 No they won't fit. According to iFixit. They tabs for the back plate of the iPhone are different for the GSM iPhone and CDMA iPhone. So they are not interchangeable. I don't know about 4S though.

The "LED Bezel" as she calls it on the stock IPhone case is actually a type of flat lens called a fresnel lens. It focuses the flash on the subject (does not "diffuse it" as she suggests). Not having this will make your flash less effective.
