I can pass the crunches and the run required to ship out to boot camp, BUT I can't do one single pull-up or chin-up! I NEED to do 5 chin/pull-ups in order to leave. I'm 6'4 and I weigh 210. I was 225 a few months ago, but even tho I have been working out and losing weight I still can't do a pull up.
@cangriman0101 All I have to work out with is resistance bands, I can't buy a pull up bar because my doors don't have frames. What exercises should I do at my home to start doing pull ups? I would give anything to do those 5 pull-ups!

It's fast digesting and has a lot of calories. They're bulking so they're trying to exceed their daily caloric intake - white rice = perfect food as it doesn't fill you up for very long and gives a looooot of calories. Make sense?

When you keep eating your metabolism will stay good cuz your body is constantly working on breaking down the food. plus, 90 grams of protein WONT DO SHIT if your trying to build muscle. 6 meals x 30 grams = 180grams..which depending on your bodyweight is what you want.
@YodaVsVader if you space your meals out through the day, your body can more efficiently absorb the protein and the other foods you eat. If you only eat 3 meals a day with 30 grams of protein thats only 90 grams of protein in a day.. thats good if your 90 pounds lol, but i doubt ur 90 pounds.
