yes there is an lt1 383,its called using 400 crank and rods,or 350 rods ,eagle even has the kit all machine work done ready to bolt together,custom pistons required also,but you do start with a LT1 block and use the lt1 heads,intake,mylaben nice car and good pass sompeople should do their homework before commenting,im luke carmichael i use to run my purple choptop 68 camaro I built myself back in 1989 it was blk then you mite remember at greer sc.move so fla got a 94 z lt1 6 speed been hooked
Surely you have run this faster since then? I have a automatic 2001 with just 4.10's, a programmer, cold air, and im hitting 8.10's at Greer. What are the horsepower numbers on yours? JW.
