it's more natural for the human body to eat insects than larger creatures like sheep and cow and pigs etc. our ancestors after all came from a type of monkey whose diet is mainly fruits, some plants, insects, and almost no meat. i think it's strange that people look at this and go "ew!" while they can eat the gross greasy shit at mcdonalds and similar and like it.

Guys...although you might not be aware of this..you eat insect products probably on a regular basis. Shellac for example is used in jelly beans for gloss, carmine (mashed up beetles) in red coloured processed foods, anything marked as 'natural flavour' is some sort of animal. Thing to worry about are 'bacteriophages' or viruses that they put on foods to stop contaminants and bacteria growing. Your food is alive...I prefer a dead whole insect anydy..at least i know what I am eating.

@Availingsnail also there's a certain allowable amount of insect parts in any processed food. most jar of peanut butter on average contains several limbs of insects. but also rat feces and parts(very small amount). there's a limit to how much of it may be present, but still.... it's there :D enjoy!
