I did this last night and my boyfriend freaked out! He claims it's BS and that I'm nuts. He also said I can't do it every again. I like the way it makes my tummy feel tighter.
I don't have a heated blanket so I just put my Snuggie in the dryer until hot and wrapped it tightly around my midsection and went to sleep. I didn't have it on for too long considering I had to get up at 3:30am for work; when I do it again I will leave it on for longer.
@SEXIIGIRL1241 you could do an active body wrap where you wrap your body very tightly and then you walk for about 20 to 30 mins on a treadmill. The other options is to use a heating pad and just place it in the one area you are working on. One last suggestion is to do you wrap and then turn up your heat and close yourself in one of the rooms that gets the warmest (drink and have plenty of water on hand) and create a person sauna. Hope all of these help you out.
I followed her instructions and wrapped my stomach in the elec blanket on medium-high for 1 hour, 45 minutes and lost 1 and 1/2 inches!! However, I weigh 225 lbs and have most of that in my tummy. Happy Day!
@xPurpleHazeReaprx thank you. I just needed to tighten up a few areas and it is actually relaxing being all wrapped up and under a really warm blanket.
was that lotion?
