ok so i download, install and then start. and when its updating, there is no percentage and it takes a long time until it eventually says 'error, please connect to the internet'. I dont know what is wrong because i am defiantly connected. someone please help me!!!

I had steam for a long time and it started lagging so I decided to reinstall the program, and it showed me the same bullshit, so I restored my computer and 4 some reason it finished downloading.

hey i installed to play css as i did before an my pap uninstalled cause it wasnt the old one we had? idk but now i cant reinstall it after i explained it to him that that is the one we had

i have that issue,

most of the time you can just wait,

but Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete

then go into "processes" tab

Find Steam and end the process,

then it should work.

I have a question when you come to 'Select Language'. I live in Holland, so I guess I have to select 'Dutch', but I want to have the English language in my games. If I choose 'Dutch', will this affect the gameplay?
