yum, looks sooo good! thanks for sharing, I'm trying this recipe tonight because it's what most people would have handy in their pantry including myself... that would be a response to anyone asking why not use fresh tomatoes? Well I don't have any on hand but I do happen to have some canned ones in my pantry so why not try this home made quick fix? Looks delicious! Thanks again... ~Shine~ :-)

Why are all these recipes using tinned tomatoes? Fresh is best usually!!

@markyboythewolf Fresh would always be better... The problem is I can't always get fresh tomatoes...

my supermarket dosnt sell san marzano tomatoes, any other brand that you may suggest

@AubreyMalachi I would look for any can's that come from that region. Cento is another brand you can look for - it's not really the maker but where the maters come from that's important if you ask me.
