@1SonofLiberty can you say i'm delusional? :) Ford is good but it's got a long way to go to catch up to Ferrari in terms of performance. Sure it can take on a Ferrari in a straight line but throw in some curves and well.. you'll see what I mean. I do raise eyebrows at the laguna seca special edition mustang tho.

Ford tried to buy Ferrari in the early sixties and they would not sell. so Ford built the cars that would ultimately kill the Ferrari's and win at Lemans and every other major race the rest of the 60's. It is true though that no Ferrari would beat a mustang in a drag race in the 60's or 70's. I know I had a 427 powered Mustang GT with Drag Pack.

Love the sound -- and the car (except for the cheesy stripes and the stock gear shift knob and the bogus looking roll bar and, of course, the $70K price tag). As good as this is, however, for the the biggest bang for the buck I'd buy a Boss 302 with TracKey over this version, or the factory SVT 500 version. If price were no object, of course, I'd get this one in a flash, and then make the changes noted above.
