@1988scottcarey She says 'kids know what they want' as in, she can't stop him. She is protecting her child as she says the 'industry has changed' and it wouldn't be a good environment for him to grow up/live in. She's not a hypocrite at all; she would be if the industry was the same as when she entered it, but it's not. She's just a concerned mother.
