  • ey ich hab was unanständiges entdeckt

  • To see a racer highside is terrible because for the rest of us mere mortals, what chance do we have? People may have many opinions, but the fact that he's a racer probably makes him more skilled than an ordinary rider on the street. The only comfort I have is that this may be "slow", but in reality, for a mortal like myself, his speed exceeds what I'd ever try doing on the street while turning.

  • lool kuckt auf mich bin n hamster

  • Yep, he cranked on the throttle too hard, came in to the powerband real hard and it spun the tire up pretty good. You can see the rear tire start to chatter before the slide in the slowmo video but hear the throttle hit in the normal speed video.

2 strokes are evil! But so sexy. ;)

  • this bike is so (dont know the word.. ) non-heavy, it doesnt even kick you off ;)

  • more of a back side than a high side, swung all the way around.

  • Ouch.

  • looks like he punched it as soon as he turned and he couldnt handle it. sucks.

  • out then in not in then out....

  • hihi schaut mich an bin ein frosch

  • love 2-strokes but is'nt good when they spit you off. Nice try though

  • He got the power on hard in the apex. All happened very quick though. There's such a fine line between hero and zero.

  • ive broken my collar bone before, god damn hurts like hell, and the 6 weeks of healing is hell...

  • LAMO what the hell. guys got no throttle control.

  • ouch, first bounce was flat on his back. i guess he's not helping me move my piano this weekend.

  • drink more milk

  • No, your doing it wrong! lol

  • he just leaned over too much. you can see his swingarm/sprocket scrape and spark right before it lets out

  • The main cause of this was his rear suspension bottomed out. Rear tire flex was the only remaining suspension left to hold him to the ground and the bumps were too much for the bike. Increase compression dampening and adjust rebound. Preload factors in too.

  • @shwanesmp No offense meant but how can you tell that from the video? I can't see the rear shock?

  • @cplsyx I was wrong in saying suspension was the main reason. Throttle control was definitely off. You can hear the engine rpm increase right at the turns apex where the rider is at maximum lean. This is not a good time to roll into the throttle. 1. Brake 2. Turn 3. Gas (unless if trail braking). The rear suspension was already at it's near limit when the rider rolled into the throttle causing the suspension to bottom. There was no suspension remaining so the tires chattered & spun.

  • @shwanesmp That makes a lot more sense; thanks :)

  • @shwanesmp he just leaned over too much. you can see his swingarm/sprocket scrape and spark right before it lets out

  • ....what did he do wrong and how can i avoid doing what he just did

  • @1pygmychimp accelerated too much going into the turn which made the rear tire spin, then let off the throttle which made the bike stand up (sideways) and buck him off. If you feel your bike start to slide like that, your best option is to just keep the throttle on so you low side which, most of the time, is better for you and your bike. Unless you are absolutely 100% sure you can save it, don't brake or roll off the throttle.

  • haha 2takt biest ! (nehm ich mal an dem klang nach zu urteilen)

  • press 3 over and over again LOLOL

  • high sides are a bitch..i left my sport bike abroad and bought a 125cc scooter here in the philippines..high sided on a mountain road ON POWER, i tought 125cc scooters were weak, not so much now :D

  • He got on this laying pool, there was no way he couldn't slide...

  • Tuck and roll good buddy, hope he's okay!

  • I don't ride a motorcycle, but HOW DID HE NOT DIE?

  • @Utsusemi He wore his helmet

  • @Utsusemi it wasn't really a fast crash so he just bounced and rolled :) I've known people walk away from worse

  • @tatchell95 The Jesuits or Sons of Loyola are a group of nefarious criminals that work to bring the whole world under the subjection of the Papacy. This organization was founded by Ignatius Loyola in 1534 and was persecuted by the Papacy until it was recognized as her best ally. The Jesuits have ever been in the battle against the Protestant reformation and this has always been their signal purpose.

  • Ничего страшного, сейчас встанет, отряхнется и поедет дальше

  • I high sided today on the freeway. Just posted a video up.

  • 2 Stroke Engines r fucking beast´s !

  • @crlourenco i got 2stroke 50ccm -> fuckin beast ?!?!?!? think no :D

  • @TIIIMMMMEEEEYYY

until u get a 500cc 2stroke engine, or even an RD 350...it will blow your mind !

  • @crlourenco i only drived a kawasaki gpx 750 from a friend and it was really powerful :P

  • @crlourenco Yeah those 500cc two strokes are simply BEASTS....Thanks to the EPA it's getting harder and harder to find anything two stroke

  • Broken collarbone? Hmm...it keeps me wondering if I should get a bike or not :/

  • @Brain245able uh do you expect to be racing on a track?

  • and THIS is why we don't ride on ice

  • That's SBK? Rather first day on moto...

  • Claro que cai né... Vai querer sair de 2 tempos assim...

  • Hooooo.... Thank shit for body n hed protection

  • LOLOLOL why did he crack the throttle like that?

  • is he ok

  • over torqued the turn?

  • Wow how did this happen?

  • @Dennissays its a highsider.. which means that he lost the grip on the rear tire.. and slider for little while, then he got the grip back while going sideways. and that always ends up with the bike beeing thrown over to the other side and down in the ground.. :( poor RS =(

  • @RunescapeH Thank you for your reply, I understand how and why a highside happens, but this one is pretty random occurring to me! Did he give it too much throttle outta no where or lock up the rear brake? Do you have an opinion on which of these he did or if something else caused the high side?

  • @Dennissays He just gave it too much gas thru the corner and so his back wheel lost traction, but then it regained traction (while he was sideways) and caused him to flip over

  • @TheKawi125rider Youtube is super power weapon, u can learn from other mistakes all over the world!!! XD

  • @qpae123

So...what did you learn from this vid ?

  • @17james17 not to accelerate like crazy in corner...u will grip on rear wheel and crash???^^

  • @qpae123 loose grip

  • what is the main cause of a high side? anyone?

  • @The12Nurse aggressive on throttle, back wheel looses traction then it flicks you over when it finds traction again

  • Ouch!

  • e-thug nut swinger = haha

  • Awesome, you could see the back tire chattering right before it kicked sideways.

  • how would you like your salad

  • poor 250cc....

  • No no no.... your supposed to stay on the bike during turns!!!

  • @KGPDK jajajajajajaja ur funny jajajajajajajajajajaja

  • that would have been ninja if he fell off and kept running

  • Does anyone know what kind of bike this is?

  • @scarforehead looks like either a honda rs 125 or aprilia rs 25

  • as soon as you feel it starts to slip LET GO OF THE FUCKING THROTTLE lol but if you let go a bit too late you are fucked anyway )

  • @ActiveStorage Nah, keep the slide going. That way it wont grip and chuck you off. Your supposed to wait til it is in a straight line though, obviously.

  • @hlolh7212 if you can balance it out like that watch?v=DaQ15Lwf4Ck

then yeah lol. keep the slide going.) But i personally cant do that yet ) So i would rather stay away from sliding my wheel in the first place

    peace

  • @ActiveStorage Yup. Your right. Dont slide it :L ;)

  • @ActiveStorage Smooth off the throttle, but high sides are hard to save anyways.

  • @CaptSaveAHo3 watch?v=DaQ15Lwf4Ck that guy knows how to save it :(

  • this would be a bad ass Advil commercial lol

  • too heavy on the brakes

  • not that slow

  • Just that quick.... and down you go.

  • prebacilo ga

  • throttle in lean :s

  • It actually lookslike he ran over some pastic to start the slide.

  • Only an idiot... 600 with 250... but this driver was a poor one.

  • ogschizo

I have seen 250s eat 600s for breakfast!

ive seen 125s at mallory park in england lap fireblades in the fast group!

You obviously have a smaal dick the fact you run down smaller bikes ..Tool Twat cockhead!

  • you should get a racing clutch...

  • i can tell ya it ait fun lol

  • Although not violent, he still got off on the highside. Broke the back loose, started to turn gripped and flicked him off the seat.

Ogschizo, pick a track turn the fastest lap you can do on your zx6r then check the GP250 Guy's lap times, corner speed on 125/250 are faster than you will be.

  • Thats lowside, not highside

  • Yeah Im sure your much better than this guy riding a race bike.

  • @ogschizo DUDE LOL. I high sided my Busa, not a pussy 600. Im totally cool now and we can disregard my failure as a rider and over compensate with displacement!

Way to sound like a total squid. What a tool.

  • Cool where do you live? What track do you use? I go three times a month to the Las Veagas Motor Speedway. Im a tool and a squid for highsiding at 80 mph huh? oh and a pussy?

    You are the fuckin tool.

  • Dude, really? Haha "you'r". Way to totally miss my sarcasm. I was making fun of the fact that you completely ignored the fact that *YOU HIGH SIDED TOO* and decided to still be an e-thug nut swinger and try to make fun of him just because he was driving a 250 instead of a 600. Again, way to be a tool. No one is "beneath" you because they drive something smaller. Rider skill is rider skill and it doesn't matter what you're on top of. Valentino Rossi started with 125s.

  • even better actually Rossi started on pocket bikes!

  • @kclauser I agree... 250GP bikes were pretty sweet. Can't believe they went to the 600 4 strokes!! And in 2012 MotoGP bikes will be 1000cc. But they will limited to 4 cylinders and no more than 81mm cylinder bore. They trying to get speeds a little lower than 210+. Pedrosa was clocked at 214 last year... on a track that was safety tested at 198!! Love MotoGP and can't wait to go to Indy GP this year!!!!

  • @kclauser

And most 250cc 2-stroke are faster on the track then any 600cc 4stroke.

  • @epiphonesg007 but two strokes make that horrible sound and need to have their engine rebuilt every 10,000 miles

  • @ridewithme2010

Some people like 2 stroke sound. (like me.)

And not really rebuilt, just new cilinders.

But they are just great to have, they are super-fast, really nible, lightweight.

I would really like to own a 500cc 2stroke, it faster then most liter bikes in a straight line and turns waay better.

  • @epiphonesg007 lol i see your point but i cant stand bikes that are too revvy and dont really take off and i dont mean as in a 600 if i wanted to go fast as fuck then id get a proper race bike r1 or something...i hate race reps under 600 with a passion buy a bike to suite what you need it for spend all your time in gridlock? get a scooter, spend all your time on motorway? then get a tourer, country roads? then get a dirt bike it may get hate but practically race reps have no practical aplication

  • @ridewithme2010 aprilia rs 125 with the right rider will beat some bigger bikes on the twistys. there not the most practical of bikes but if you look after them properly then they last a long time, its practical for a 17 year old to go to college on whos limited to a 125 though i would rather have a cbr 600 but until then im stuck on an rs , the fastest best handling bike of its size.

  • @lukeere true that and on corners its mostly the driver but the lightness of any small bike helps it in this situation but from being on my dads bike a few times i dont feel the difference in weight once i get going

  • @ridewithme2010

Well, if you want to go fast as fuck on a straight road, then take a R1.

But if u don't want to be slower then a 250 in the corners , then get a 600-750.

You can't really learn to ride a bike on a R1, you need to ride on low cc's bikes so you can really make corners fast instead of slowing down a lot before entering a corner.

Probably one of the best circuit-bikes was the yamaha 500cc 2-stroke.

  • @epiphonesg007 mate i dont care about statistics or technical shit im saying this as some one who has done alot of miles and ridden alot of bikes they wouldnt maybe on a track when the two 50 knew how to drive and the 600's driver was a pear maybe it would stand a chance i know a bikes a bike its the driver but thats just bull shit

  • @ridewithme2010

    Well,i said on the track.

In straight line the 600 would (maybe) win. :p

But what would be easier to toss around, a 140kg bike or a 190kg bike?(RS250vsR6)

THe chassis of a aprilia is waay better then a yamaha or other brands.

They are made for track perpose and are made road legal after it.

  • @epiphonesg007 lol on the track aye hahahahahahahahahaaaa you have obviously never been you would get shitted on, on a track....lets use your example here

rs 250 top speed 138 1/4 mile from still 13 seconds

    r6 top speed 185 1/4 from still 9 seconds

    really is no competition

  • @ridewithme2010

I said a track, not a quarter mile.

A race track with bends, know what i mean? ><

Most race tracks, but probably not in the US have lot's of bends and some straights.

I have been on a race track , called Assen in the netherlands.

5 times on the track, one time with a RS250 and also rode a R6 and GSXR, and a few kawasaki's.

On the track, it's not all about top speed and acceleration.

  • @epiphonesg007 not about top speed and acceleration well what the fuck kind of races do you have who can take the longest...

  • @ridewithme2010

You can't argue with a fool.

So i'll stop argueing with you.

  • @epiphonesg007 so im a fool for saying that a more powerful bike with better acceleration would loose in a race to an inferior bike........

  • @ridewithme2010 a R6 goes 185 and 9 secs in a 1/4? is it turboed? the 250's round tracks almost as fast as 1000's look at the moto2/GP series times. Itll suprise the fuck outta ya'. It did me

  • @Ryknfjor well if you dyno tuned it...i really cant be bothered with this argument thing what ever it is though on paper they come close alot of time and money has been spent to make up those few seconds coming close really isnt the same thing bikes have more to do with the driver anyway so the argument is irrelevant

  • @ridewithme2010 It seems to me you really arent sure about what your talking about... the 250's average lap time (ALL riders from 250's) is not very far off from the average open class, so that eliminates the 'rider' the 250's r approx 200lbs lighter and can generate a MUCH higher cornering speed, which is why lap times are pretty quick. Hear me out, im not bashin 600's or 1000's. thats just how it is. BTW an R6 is generally in the 105+ hp range and go about 165 tops and a 10.7 1/4

  • @Ryknfjor i know what im on about im just stoned alot of the time...the bike you described there as an r6 more represents a honda hornet and that bike goes 165 as stock and with some work i.e. new exhaust and then placed on a dyno tuner you would go a fair bit quicker dont know after that but would be maybe 170-178 and an r6 is far more and is set to run at higher revs (more focus on topspeed than on acceleration)

  • @ridewithme2010 No kidding about the stoned part... an r6 redlines at ~14.. to inrease the top speed by %8 adding a grand on the tach might not suffice- gearing would have to be changed. Im really not understanding your comment, something about a honda hornet that goes 165? they top out at 135...

  • @Ryknfjor lol check the r6 manual it says stock top speed is 160-170 varying year to year just take the restrictors off the carb put on a slip on and you will be going a fair bit quicker than that...and a hornet is a beast of a bike when you buy most bikes they have restrictors in the engine and exhaust just the way they do them...other than track bikes

  • @ridewithme2010 but the top speed depends on rider weight by a good amount

  • @Ryknfjor everything affects everything lol pretty much most people who buy r6s though are usually quite short and skinny never seen a fat bloke on one im 6ft 3 and my knees come past the tank and got in the way of the steering looked like a twat but just wanted to say id ridden one but from this example you would need to be like 5ft 8 to be comfy on one

  • @ridewithme2010 Nah, i live in texas and ive seen this ultra fat ass on one so there ya go... i wish i had a cam corder for recordin that guy. lol

  • @Ryknfjor HAHA thats quite funny and annoying at the same time id get a cruiser if i was obese or a monkey bike if i was a midget

  • @kclauser valentino rossi start with mini-motos

  • @kclauser uh no, 600 and 1000cc sport bikes make you good at riding and you look cool

  • Comment removed

  • @omg77787 Troll

  • @kclauser Troll? looks like you're the one trolling

  • @omg77787 not a chance fool. The ebst riders start low, and work up bikes. A rider who starts low has better throttle and clutch work, along with smoother transistions in corners and the like.

  • Comment removed

  • @kclauser yep he was driving a 125 too btw... smaller ccs are only useful to learn and for the size of the rider, u can't ride a 50cc if ur 1.70mt but you can't ride a 500cc if ur 1mt too that's why the kids ride smaller bikes then bigger ones

  • @kclauser actually valentino started in mini moto and also karts, then went to 125's. but your point is totally valid.

  • @kclauser Love your reply mate ;-)

  • @kclauser not a pussy 600? your a fukin tool

  • @bandguy360 You know, your post was so dumb I almost figured you were trolling. I decided that you actually WERE that stupid though. Let me try and break it down for your elementary reading level. The guy I was responding to was making fun of someone crashing on a 250 (as if displacement matters, when really crashing is crashing) so I was sarcastically imitating him and saying that crashing on a Busa was somehow "better" than crashing on a 600. You can pull your panties outta your ass now.

  • @kclauser lmao epic win right there!

  • I did this and broke my forearm, and roadrashed my arms and knee.

    Lesson learned.

  • fuckin ragdoll!

  • they hurt man

  • Wow! He dragged some hard parts there pretty good!

  • That is the Bus Stop, it leads on to the front straight. The only way to get a drive out of there is to slip the clutch with lots of rpm. No torque on a 40hp engine! Guess what happens? sometimes you lose the rearend. ktmboy1989 Not to be rude but if the axle is draging then your already sliding on your a*&. 125gp bikes are truly amazing machines and they take alot of practice to ride them fast. I know I won a few 125 & 250 races.

  • The helmet saved his life 3 times

  • I'm gonna guess something on track or something wrong with his tyres, doesn't look like he came in too fast...

  • Fuck 125cc

  • change down to many?

  • his head hit the ground 4 times, thank god for helmets

  • @crfranchises1 thank not god but the person who invented it

  • @crfranchises1 The weight of the helmet caused his head to hit the ground

  • @blackstar2008 I think it was probably the crash that did it...

  • get up you pussy

  • I dont know if your being sarcastic or not, but it looks like he broke his leg to me...

  • this is typical for 2 stork machines

when they were in moto gp, something like this was in the daily program

  • dust on the ground or some kind of dirty,. I think that's why the rear wheel loses grip so fast.

  • Not so sure myself, sounds like he gives the throttle some, just before the bike steps out. Could be wrong, could be the engine revving up after grip is lost. More likely than not driver error, rather than stuff on the track though.

  • @Scotsdave if you watch closely right b4 you here the rapid increase of rpm's from wheel spin you will see what looks like the rear axle bolt head or part of the swingarm scrape the track surface, which inturn lifts the rear tire slightly from the ground causing the loss of traction and wheel spin. ((as i sip my chai tea))

  • ouch

  • Wyścigowa RS 50 albo 125

  • all these people that say that isnt a high side, u are wrong, the back wheel loses grip, slides and then regains grip and throws the rider in the air. classic high side this is

  • it happened because he turned the wheel too much?

  • No High Side

  • 2strokes : )

  • no mate that is nothing but pure highside. bike slides for a second but then catches throwing the rider over the top and following after him.....you don't get more highside than that.

  • pretty nice foot work and roll. probably saved him from getting too banged up.

  • poor guy...

  • didnt you hear his gas it it sounded like he poped the clutch thats why the back end spun out

  • he could have just hit the nasty 2 stroke powerband a little too hard for his lean angle. happens to everyone eventually.

  • Looks like he had too much lean with the bike. Shoulda had the bike in a more upright position and body position more off the bike than both him and the bike leaning

  • he has just opened the throttle too soon, you can hear the sound of the bike accelerating when he is in the corner, it's a easy mistake to do, accelerating too soon when you are going out of a corner make you highslide like him. Hope he is ok.

  • That guys a little heavy and he had poor body positioning going into that turn.

  • 2stroke....

  • to much weight in the front end, to many nice bikes gone to waste...

  • a hideside is a hideside, doesn't matter if it's slow or fast, it still gonna hurt like a mo fo

  • A highsider or highside is a type of motorcycle accident which is caused by a rear wheel gaining traction when it is not facing in the direction of travel. For a highsider to take place, the rear wheel must first lose traction and drift out of the line travel of the motorcycle. The initial traction loss may be caused by a rear locked wheel due to excessive braking or by applying too much throttle when exiting a corner.

  • i ride there lol

  • sounds like he let out the clutch too fast and shot hiim out too quick

  • Comment removed

  • definition of a high side!!! :- whilst the bike is cranked over if the back wheel breaks loose and catches grip an flips the side of the bike that is away from the tarmac, that is a highside! if the side nearest to the floor goes down, generally if the front wheel breaks loose, that is a lowside! the hi an lo side comes from which way that bike is from the floor!!!
