please tell me what this oil is doing for your hair. do you leave it on or shampoo it out. I thought oil was for the scalp so your hair woul grow. please enlighten me. I am growing my hair and I am 70 years old.

I very much dislike taking any sort of vitamins or even medicine, but I still do occasionaly. Whey protien in a fruit shake almost every day, and I love sunflower seeds!

Thank you for the reply. Yeah some say that taking vitamins and supplements helps hair growth; but a growing number of people I spoke to say that their hair grows fine without taking any addition supplements. Your hair looks very healthy by the way!
