the chords r Am,G, C then a c formation down at the 7th fret u might wanna add ur ring and pinky onto the lower bass notes then he does little licks in between while he is on the 7th fret he takes his pointer finger and plays the high e string for one strum then back to b string.then in the chorus he throws in a Emin followed by G then C back to the same C formation on the 7th fret. iin the chorus he does suttle licks with the bass note just rotate back in forth with ur middle and pointer finger

while playing the G chord b4 moving onto the C chord every verse is started with a Amin following up the C formation on the 7th fret. In the begginning he doesnt play the C formation with his fingers on the lower bass notes its only later in the song i guess to add more depth? point is those r the chords as mentioned in my previous comment Amin is in the verse and Emin is the chord the vid first opens up with just mess around with them and pretty much follow the video u'll get the hang of it.
