If you really took the time to research the history of Kosovo, you would know that it is currently 88% Albanian speaking and has been since 1730. That London Conference of 1913 made a huge mistake by assigning Kosovo to Serbia...it should have been assigned to Albania.

Croatia and Bosnia did not have the right by constitution to declare independance without Serbian voice to do so as in Croatia and Bosnia Serbs were the constitutive people and had the right to refuse to seperate which they did.
A true Yugoslavian would never say "Slovenia had the right to leave the federation"...a true Yugoslavian would do everything to avoid a situation where Slovenians would want to take such a drastic step as succeeding from yugoslavia".

Milosevic started to change the laws as those laws were very harmful to Serbia. It was the communists who settled albanians to Kosovo and who made unclear laws of borders between federal units which later brought war. He started to draw line where Serbia begins and ends and had every right to do it.

You live in Australia but you must be a Serbian. You don't know much history of Kosovo other than some famous battle that happened in 1389. If you really took the time to research the history of Kosovo, you would know that it is currently 88% Albanian speaking and has been since 1730. That London Conference of 1913 made a huge mistake by assigning Kosovo to Serbia...it should have been assigned to Albania.

Serbia was an empire in its time spreading all the way to Greece. Kosovo and Metohija is correctly transleted "Kosovo Holyland" its a place of more then 2000 Serbian churches and monasteries being 1000 years old.

Albainas came to Kosovo thanks to communist dicatator Tito who wanted to include Albanian into yugoslav federation and he has moved Serbs away from Kosovo and settletd it with albanians. Major influx of albanian refugees into Kosovo was during Enver Hodza's rule in albania. @EdwardRommel Bosnia was never a country it was always a teritory with people of three religions living there Ortodox Christians (serbs) Catholics (croats) and Muslims (so called bosniaks). Majority of which consisted of Serbs and Croats. During the war each people fought for their own part of bosnia on which they lived for centuries. Serbs were constitiutive people in bosnia for 1000 years and they rights own 50% of its territoiry.

@EdwardRommel Serbia had no quarrel with Slovenia. Slovenia had the right to leave the federation of Yugolsavia and it did so without any interferance. Croatia and Bosnia did not have the right by constitution to declare independance without Serbian voice to do so as in Croatia and Bosnia Serbs were the constitutive people and had the right to refuse to seperate which they did.

They had their own Universities in albanian language, they had own schools, own hospitals, own television, radio, newspapers. They were pretty much a country in a country. @EdwardRommel By Yugoslav constitution Slovenia had the right to leave the Feredal Yugoslavia if the Slovenian people opted for such move. There was never any Serbian want to keep Slovenia inside Yugoslavia if they wanted to leave the federation and this was the law. They opted for such move in 91 and they were given independance. True this later started chain event of succession which were more complicated in Croatia and Bosnia and could not have been done so easily.

@EdwardRommel Serbia was the only true sucessor of Yugoslavia. It had the biggest economy, industry, and was the centre of yugoslavia. Milosevic started to change the laws as those laws were very harmful to Serbia. It was the communists who settled albanians to Kosovo and who made unclear laws of borders between federal units which later brought war. He started to draw line where Serbia begins and ends and had every right to do it.

@EdwardRommel Slovenia and Croatia never existed as countries. They were part of Austro- Hungarian Empire and never existed as states until the Serbian King accepted them into Yugoslavia. Creating Yugoslavia was the biggest mistake Serbs have done. But the king thought that all slavs in that part of EU should live in one country he was wrong as Croats and Slovenes are nothing but destabilising factor which later proved true.

When NATO "strategists" saw that they couldn't do shit from the air, they decided to try a ground offensive... so they came up with an "ingenious" plan to try and infiltrate 1000 American soldiers from Albania into Kosovo, masked as so called KLA fighters... but there they were all slaughtered by 72 special brigade. So, some countries that were participants of NATO decided that they no longer wanted any part of that campaign... you figure the rest...

Kosova/Dardania has been in the Balkans since the beggining of the civilization serbs came to the Balkans as immigrants/invaders in the 8th century.
