Serious? Are custodians only have to take out the trash, clean bathrooms, clean the halls, clean classrooms, and cut grass. When a light bulb goes out usually a teacher fixes it O.o. We have managers for events, and we have no carpets. Secondly classrooms are responsibility to the teachers and students. other than the occasional mopping/sweeping.
