How were they able to get the resized head of the Red Queen to the same resolution as the rest of her body? I would think that simply resizing it would mean the head would appear to be in a different resolution (i.e. more pixellated) than the rest of her body. Was the scene rendered in two different resolutions? One for the body and another for the head?
