Onstage meltdowns. It's symptomatic of someone who does not want to be in show business. It's always the beginning of the end. Always. Once you start traveling down that road you will NOT turn back because it is the stupid thing to do. Being a successful music artist is not in the least bit fulfilling and never has been. This goes all the way back to Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, etc. They were unsatisfied too.

Rivers is a cool ass geek, but hes not. A geek, i mean. Hes very clever. The thick ass rim glasses dont mean someone is a geek, and river is a very dark and moody person. He has "issues" he struggles with, and those issues come out in his song writing. His actual chord structures for some songs are quite technical. He knows fully what hes doing.

Saw these guys on blink-182's reunion tour in 09 and they were incredible. SO much fucking fun. Rivers Cuomo is a doll. <3 and I doubt he's drunk. He acted the exact same way when I saw him. He's just odd. :) and if he is drunk, damn, he still sounds pretty great!
