i know this know - go into the gym near binco store at grove street type rocketman in the game (eg. you walk into the gym and then you type rocketman you dont need to go to the main menu or anything) and then ... err i forgot the rest

if you make the nose of the jet point directly up and when you get out youe should still begoing up but on the wing of the jet and if you try it with boats get in the boat theas flying up and stand there have fun and after one hour you should take about an hour and 30 minutes just to get down w/o the parachute

hey I've saw ur video and i have a sugestion for u to truy out: If there are save disks in the sky that means that the sky is Blue Hell. If u go with the jet very high and put the cheat "indescructible car" or use GTA Admin Console to have the vehicles you drive indestructible, you probably go upper than the altitude that u blew up and u maybe can see the game interiors: houses, bars, etc.

do you mean you do go fast up, but when you get out the jet you fall down?? then you have to get your jet steady. watch the movie again at 1:30.
