if you go to the brush section at Target, there's an eyeliner brush by Target that's actually reallllyyy good for brows. It's cheap too. It makes very well defined brows, and then you just brush through them with a spoolie or eyebrow brush. It's too thick for eyeliner, though haha

Little tip for applying that teal color on the waterline is take a lighter and just burn the tip a bit and it glides on smoothly (let it cool a bit before applying) i do this all the time with my black liners. (its a chola trick lol but it works)
