  • FAV player. the best

  • Yes,

    These Players might do

Conditioning, Shooting, Weights, Pick up = 4 Workouts.

    Or

    Shooting, Weights, Yoga, Team Practice.

However i would say most of the time they would be doing 3

  • amare talks about working out 4 times a day. It seems like a lot of nba teams and players do that. i've allways been told to strength train less than 75 minutes a day and for max 3 times a week to prevent the body from waring itself down, so i dont really understand that

  • maybe that's why nba players cant do 360between-the-legs and crazy shit. they just work too hard and are too tired.

  • I think it's about knowing your body. Kobe Bryant also works out several hours a day, but his body is so fit that it don't ware itself down that much. However, if you want to train hard, the muscles require at least 48 hours of rest in between workouts. I think that's a major reason why a lot of players these days get injured.

  • depends on the person

  • @noonevincecarterfan i know right i dont get that

  • smart man, definitely thinks about the future

  • amare isn't going to be in the olympics this year:( but at least he's made the decision to be careful about his injury and use his summer to prepare for the upcoming season!
