A great band indeed! The true essence of what to me is Avant-garde Metal. Kristoffer Rygg (Garm) is one of the best sngers I've ever heard, but Øyvind Hægeland (in the video) is very good as well. Anyway long live Arcturus!

no its actually Øyvind Hægeland. Hes was with Arcturus after Garm but left before they released an album after him. Hes also in the band Spiral Architect.

he RULED in Ulver, i didnt like him The Sham Mirrors of Arcturus, it was.. really weird. His old choir-esk voclas like in Ulvers 1995 album, are amazing. But i think there are some live ulver concerts on youtube.

Actually in Bergtatt his vocals are similar to sham mirrors just less pop and more enchanting. If u want to hear Chanting Monk Garm you need to listen to Arcturus 2nd album Aspera Heims Symphonia and La Masquarade infernale... I personally Like Aspera d most..

i found out ulver only has 2 live performance and it doesn't even look like anyone was there..bad quality video but waht d hell.. Oyvind is the vocalist from Spiral Architect. He`s very talented, but he can sing so passionate as Garm does...

Garm performed live with Arcturus but back in 95-97... it's very hard to find something from those times...
