Just finished watching this movie. It's absolutley georgeous to watch the painting come to life in such beautiful colour. This is one of my favourite films of the year along with Sokurov's Faust and Malick's The Tree of Life. What a beauty :)

Looks gorgeous,I hope this film comes to my area so that I can see it on a big screen. I love the light that certain painters are adept at making use of,giving you the feeling of yearning to step into the art. I imagine this film will give me a little taste of that.

I like how this movie gives Rutger Hauer a dignified respectful role.

I haven't seen a film with Michael York in years! It'll be a thrill to see him again. To me, Michael York will always be D'Artagnan in 1973's "The Three Musketeers".

I like how the CGI helps tell the story instead being over-the-top and distracting.

The film's style reminds me of the movie "The Fall", even though "The Fall" used much less CGI.

Exactly. We live in good times indeed, when films like these are still being made - products of love and wit, not of cunning and greed. Simply stunning images and thoughts. BTW: It took me years of fascinated puzzlement to realise what made 'Blade Runner' the work it is. Seeing this trailer I begin to understand: It is Rutger Hauer. May a lot of the many, but not too many people, for whom this film was made, actually see it. I surely will. May the Great Miller bless you all!
