yes the punishment was fair. when youre an athlete you are expected to follow the rules even during the off-season. michael used bad judgment and i still support him because he admitted to it and took his punishment without complaining. I'm always going to be a huge fan of his because of that. so everyone saying that its not fair, sorry but your wrong.
