I feel such calmness and actually comfort in this song... no terror or haunting, no creepiness or eerie feelings, just as the title says... as if a beautiful night lighting Heaven's vast and possibly endless size. Well... maybe it'd be MORE rapturous in that case but still... this comes rather pretty close <3

This was my first played and still favorite game for PS2. The scariest, saddest and deepest story, characters and creatures i have ever seen in a video game. To be honest with all the great music playing in the BG i thought i was watching a movie, not a game. Still, i consider this one a masterpiece. Never played the 3rd one anyone willing to recommend it?

@420FahQ2 The third game ties in very powerfully with the first game, Heather being the reincarnation of Alessa that Harry brings back home with him at the end of the first game. Heather, as such, is pulled into the realm of Silent Hill and contends with the same psychological mindfuck as expected (and done so well). It really, REALLY is a very well put together game, I do recommend it as highly as I can.

If you guys like Akira you should search an instrumental artist called David Scott. Preferably an album called Repeating Yesterday by him. There are a lot of songs that sound extreamly Silent Hillish. Just check it out if your bored. I love it because it reminds me of Silent Hill. Seach some of his tracks like Numb Sensation, Temporary Heaven, Mist Field, Always Loving You and just google the darn album to find the rest of the tracks. lol

Silent Hill 2 is the most compleating of the series, but no 1 is for me the original game.

Perfect!!! This track is my favorite music from the entire Silent Hill series. In my opinion Silent Hill 2 was the BEST of the series!!!
