I always asked this question. As a parent, who are u angry at in a situation like this? Both of your children are murdered but it was caused by one of them. I couldn't imagine the confusion and frustation the Troutman family has had to deal with since that day. It is something that no one should ever have to go through. It is a truely sad story. Zapp & Roger were AMAZING!!
