Furthermore, if the argument is to be made that because we have hadiths in books like bukhari and etc. so we can discard the maddhabs, where do you think bukhari and all the other great muhaditheen got the hadiths from in the first place?

Actually all 4 madhaahib said. "If you find a saheeh hadith that goes against my opinion, throw my opinion on the wall"

Now we are advanced, we have all the hadiths, we have ulamaa and we know which hadith are saheeh and daeef, were simply following the most saheeh path... RATHER then doing what you do...

Following one of the 4 , blindly with no arguements to any fatawa.

In those days, there were numerous Hafiz of hadith, some even Amirul Mumineen fil Hadith. You talk NOW as if it is the most advanced time.

Allah (SWT) sends people to cater for the Muslim's needs. Imam Abu Hanifa (RA) was sent in a time when hadith were plentiful but fiqh wasn't - Imam Bukhari was sent when fiqh was established, but hadith were being fabricated...

In the rare cases, Hanafis follow the opinion of Abu Yusuf (RA) instead of Imam Abu Hanifa (RA) - who had a group of 40 of the top scholars, from ascetics to faqih to muhadith to Amirul Mumineen fil hadith... Imam Abu Hanifa (RA) himself knew 500,000 hadith, with sanad...
