  • Weisswurst is my favorite

  • Sorry, Weißwuascht

  • Wow

  • GREAT VID...........THANKS! !!!!

  • Das ist frau ...

  • Hehehe! The guy sat in front of the accordion player in the audience and appears very sneeaky looks suspiciously like the ninny Scotsman called called Brown who ran Britain into the ground as Premier. By the way he seems to have disappeared from Planet Earth. Has he sought Political sanctuary in Bavaria I wonder?

  • 5 Personen nicht wie einer der besten Kulturen der Welt.

  • Ok, so my dad is in incomprehensible combination of Bavarian, Austrian and Swiss(possibly). And my mother is 3/4 German with both parents being german, but my grandad being half irish. So I'm 7/8 German and Austrian, but I still could only take this lovely music for about 10 minutes. Any longer than that and I would either need to hang myself or get some nice earmuffs.

  • German pride!

  • @KelleyMRyan182 with ryan as a last name you should be saying irish pride !!!

  • @gt2e Yeah. I'm German, but with an Irish name.

  • @manrayer88 that's ironic crazy talk

  • No wonder they lost.......!

  • I love this music, it's so full of personality and happyness ^^

  • i wonder how many war criminals were there, for the after hours

  • Awesome song! Glad I was born in Hanover! :-)

  • My grandparents are from Munich. Bavarian-Texan and proud of it :D

  • I love Bayern ! greetings from Poland :}

  • HELL YEEAAAAH!

  • Last week I was working in Lindau, on the Bodensee. Really enjoyed hearing what I call oompah band music in a bar in Wasserburg, I didn't realise how individual Bavaria was from Germany. schöner Tag

  • @malcolmcog infact, we bavarian dont realy see us as germans *g* starts with the fact that most germans kinda dont like bavarian, dont know why, maybe jelous

  • this looks like fun

  • make me proud of the german in me :)

  • lovely people these bavarians !!

  • AH! Those germans, we can't stay angry with them much time.

Why do the gods maked me born in Brazil. Why my parents moved from Germany to this forsaken place.

    :(

  • @NecroPhoenix

brazil is a wonderful place too!

    remember samba ;)

  • @The89Ninaaa No, it's not. And samba (worse kind of music made in Brazil) represent only the smallest part of brazillian music, but it's in the most popular part of it.

Also, remember the high death and thieft rates, remember the army taking place where police should, because the criminals here are so well armed the State just can't fight anymore.

Want to see Brazil? Look for the video called "Guerra no morro dos macacos" here in youtube, and you will se Brazil's reallity.

  • @NecroPhoenix come back if youre old enough =)

  • @NecroPhoenix move to germany, youre from german descent, its your country, leave brazil and live in germany

  • @FromDuskTillDawn1992 As always, brazillians can't listen some bad truths about heir country.

    But thanks for your advice.

  • This is peasant music.

  • How can I find the words to the last sing?

  • @OttoJuhl I realy don´t know, because it is Bavarian dialect. I am Sorry

  • Love Bavaria and Germany! Greetings from USA

  • we do this many times in bavaria (not in the big cities like Munich) sitting with neighbors, friends or club members ( mostly from the schützenverein, marksman club ) together playing some music and drinking beer and talk. it is allways fun and makes you happy when you are down.

  • Greetings from Australia. Have always loved this type of music. Must be my Bavarian ancestry. My Great, Great Grandfather was from Munich.

  • Ya when I heard my Mexican friend play his music for the first time, I said "Hey, that's Bavarian!" It's fun music either way. I like the latin spin on it too.

  • lol! u germans arrived to mexico and brought ur costumes that we are now known for.

  • grüawig :>

  • That makes me wonder if the Mexican music came from the German Emperor Maximillian in Mexico during the late 1800's. They do sound a bit familuar.

  • though the mexicans get crazier LOL and you know whats funny, they sound alike with music and they drink beer as well LOL

  • @gothiccitizen oh we are good at drinking lol

  • @OttoJuhl yeah all of that is told in mexican history we were influenced in some parts its pretty cool actually

  • I believe i heard there was immigration from germany and poland to mexico in the 1800's

  • no it didnt. it came from german settlers who founded mazatlan. maximilian wasnt german. he was austrian.

  • no dude maximillian was from southern mexico, and flew in on a big pigeon to found mazatland. only a retard wouldnt know that

  • son, keep ur mouth quiet if u aint gonna make constructive statements will u?

  • wow i never knew German music had an influence in my Mexican culture...it started a whole genre called Banda! sounds alike u learn something new everyday

  • Northern music of Mexico is inspired by european styles like polka

    cheers

  • BAYERN!!!!

  • to me, this was very good.

It reminds me me of Family and good hard work in which I was taught so to do.

I salute you in good health always.

  • YEEHAAA! WOOOO!

  • thats where Mexican Norteño Music originated from....

  • Yes! it sounds just like Mexican music.

  • That's because Mexican music is heavily influenced by german folk music

  • are you saying tht germany copied mexico or mexico copied germany

  • the mexicans copied the germans ofcourse, the germans made this music before mexico even existed.

  • ya. i still like bavarian folk WAYYYY better. it reminds me of disney land for some reason. i live right by the mexican border of tihjuana or how ever you spell it so i always here mexican folk

  • Actually no, the people who began playing Mexican Folk music were in fact of German heritage, so there was no "copying". The only difference between the German and Mexican versions is the language songs are sang in, but the concept is the same.

  • The Mexicans still had a lot of Austro-Hungarian instruments around after they kicked the Europeans out. They played these and took many of the same southern German tunes and rhythems and worked with them.

  • Comment removed

  • sounds like slovenian music

  • youre right, in the eastern countrys many of the instruments are used the same way

  • In the first part of the video, is one of the men playing a saw? It looks like it and I have actually seen an alpine band here in the u.s.(orig. from Austria) play one.
