Well, the only things I didn't like about this Silent Hill game is they didnt even really fight any normal silent hill monsters, (Those nurses shouldnt count i mean they were so manly, and they BURPED!)

They didnt really get into the history of Silent Hill or mention Allessa,

And the way the characters moved... It looked irritating, they were so slow and didnt respond that good. If you get what I'm trying to explain, and the monsters werent twitchy and super fast, D:

I think silent hill 4 is the most disturbing game in the series. (While, in my opinion, silent hill 3 being the most scariest.)

Unlike other games in the series, in this game, you can't get out of the nightmare. You are always in the nightmare through the entire game (even when you wake up); and that claustrophobic anxiety affects the player's mind heavily, giving them a sensation that they need to breathe. And... in the end, the player earns that precious freedom! (Well only in good endings)

Overall overview of this game: Scary, interesting plot line, love the way the creators tied up the Walter Sulivan mystery that you got small glimpses of who he was in the games before. Averages about a 72 on a 1-100 scale. Requests: More dialogue, less lag/slowmotastic actions/controls, more puzzels like the Silent Hill games are renown for, Henry acting more like a badass instead of a emotion dead wimp (and a better voice actor), better and more unique boss fights (especially the final boss).

This was interesting, to be honest, it just dosen't have that same appeal that the first 3 games have (only have the first 2 right now), it feels like it was trying to be it's own thing. In conclusion, it just didn't feel like "Silent Hill", but it has a good concept about the horrors of being locked in your room your whole life.

I love all the Silent Hill games because i'm a huge fan since the 1st game, and Henry Townshend is such an interesting character, the reason he's so quiet is because he is socially an "introvert" , look it up and you'll see it means that he just usually keeps to himself, so he's more timid, but that's what I like about him, because it's interesting to see how a shy person like him deals with demonic shit
