Wow, people trust Disney more than they trust Six Flags. I work as a character actor at Fright Fest, and we have like, three pages dedicated to state that we aren't allowed to touch any Park visitors, with props or no, we can pose for pictures, but our hands have to be in plain view of the camera at all times. Kinda made me feel like they thought we were all convicted rapists or something...
Are you a character actor or scare actor? I'm sure there's a difference. Scare actors are meant to scare people and usually can't touch the guests anyways. Character actors are allowed to interact. Same goes for Knott's Scary Farm and Universal Studio's Halloween Horror Nights.
Not much of a difference if you're not inside one of those large character suits. Meet and greets are allowed to touch if the guest initiates contact first.
That's terrible! I've only been to Six Flags (great adventure) once, but I didn't really interact with any characters...I had no idea! That's awful, I feel so sorry for you!
Because of the nature of things if you touch someone (I'm talking just "touching") the person can sue the park for assault with the way the laws are.
I used to work for, and still occasionally do, a haunted house. We have a no touch policy, though should the patron touch you first, that's all out. And they have this policy specifically so that they don't have to worry about lawsuits.
Who was that Hatter?!

Is this a different Hatter than the one that appears in most of your videos? He sounds different.
How many of them are at Disneyland anyway?
0BatGirl0 4 years ago
no, this is the same one that appears in many of my other videos. there's quite a few of them, it's hard to keep track.

I think FlowerGirl is right. =( I go to Disney World three times a year and he's not there all the time. Tweedles Dee and Dum are EVERYWHERE, though.

That's too funny...I don't think the Mad Hatter's at Disney World, and I've been there three times. I dunno, maybe we just kept missing him.
"I have no Idea where she went...she is in the unknown"...too funny.
