Great! I am happy for you. I think you will be startled and pleasantly surprised how easy it is to quit - once you make the decision and realize smoking is no longer an option!
As i began to watch this video to end my time as a smoker i decided to light me up a final smoke. I took some puffs and it was amazing as my lungs filled with sweet smoky goodness. Sadly when the picture of the sexy girl drinking came up i uncontrolably reached for my man meat and furiously began to jerk on it. In the intense moment my cigarette fell out of my mouth and landed in my forrest of pubes. The ensuing blaze burnt my package beyond recognition. I now smoke to cope with the pain. . damn
ok smoking is bad we all agree but there's just no proof second hand smoke has killed anyone. Is it pleasent for a non-smoker to inhale it? no but unless you're standing there for 30 years inhaling every cigarette the person next to you has smoked there's no proof to back it up.
yeah it has been known to kill pets but sorry there is no proof anyone has inhaled enough second hand smoke to kill them, think about it EXHALED smoke has much less nicotene. There's just no way to trace deaths to second hand smoke.
Get a Quit Meter online, tells you how many days, minutes and how much money you save that you are NOT burning up in toxic chemicals that harm you and the environment.
Thank you so much and please do continue to view and visualize yourself as smokefree - if I can do it, you can too! I am here for you! SMOKE FREE is true freedom. I also recommend renting the DVD movie, THANK YOU FOR SMOKING - it is hilarious, but truthful about what smoking does to each of us. Talk about a major drug!
Thank you for the time spent putting this video together. I find it somewhat inspirational and definitely refreshing. I have just begun my journey without cigarettes. One day at a time....Tx
I am still smober all these months later. I had open heart surgery October 2008, so lucky I quit smoking on July 22, 2008 - it was jussta in time to save my life. My cardio arteries severely clogged. Since the surgery I have had some horrid smoking dreams, last night - smoked two cigarettes at the movies, very bizarre dream. Woke up and my lungs and chest burned - that is how vivid. Every cigarette you smoke counts...if I can quit so can you! Be kind to yourself.
I quit smoking at 10:00 a.m. on July 22, 2008 and I celebrate how EASY it was. I dreaded quitting smoking, but worse, I had the most horrible hacking, rattling cough that could be heard a block away. Enough to scare me! I could never get any "time" without a cigarette, craving one first thing in the morning. That morning, I had two cigarettes left in a pack. I went outside & sucked them both down so I could have a quit time of 10:00 a.m. - They burned my throat so much. Now 90 days SMOBER.
quitting is easy, staying quit is the hard part

The American Lung Association has proof - and yes, second-hand smoke kills not only people, but pets!
