Well, I have the brca1 gene,risk 80% breast 40% ovarian, have had pain in my lower abdomen for about a year have been told about a year ago there was something on my right ovary but not to worry, (before i knew about the gene) when I say to doctor she says it must be IBS. Bet I'm not the only one..
