This is the best Savanah Tank I've seen yet. I'm just thinking though, Savanahs have very sharp claws, eventually he's gonna shread that background apart. Don't think those DIY styrofoam background were intended for monitors, maybe a Bearded Dragon. Good freakin job though.
thats kinda dumb savanahh moniters get 4ft and ur enclouser is only 125 cm lond whats with that its way to small start out big so ya dont hve to make another
thats a bad move if you make a full adult size encloser and put a baby sav in tehre it will stress the baby out WAY to much and can hurt them so not not a good idea
did i say make a 8 foot by 6 foot enclouser, no i didnt the enclouser is small and they get stressed out from not being able to catch food and other crap im not a sav expert but a sav would definatly outgrow that enclouser pretty fast, and who are you replying to comment thats from a month ago getta life
a big cage would stress them? im no expert at savs im actualy new to them thinking about purchasing one but that seems odd because in the wild they have as much land as they want and im pretty sure they do fine in the wild =p
cause they are used to it but being takin from one place to a pet store into you geting it then carrying it outside into your car the sounds of everythign the nyou coming it puttign it into a tank that its never been in and its huge and it thinks your gonna eat it yeah it will stress it out buy a devider and if you want tips for a healthy sav please send me a PM
oh cool thx for the info im a noob at savs but im thinking about buying one im not new to herps and wut not tho i have snakes turtles used to breed chameleons and a tarantula (lol random) =) im actualy omw to go check out some savs right now not gonna buy any just do some looking around
no prob i was to went from gonan get a Nie to a sav to a tegu to a iguana and ended up getin a snapping turtle and i love him to death but i have researched sav for about 2 years now and i am gonan get one when i get the room next herp im getin will be eather a iguana or a crocodile gecko or somthin of that sort and i do that all the time i just go look for the best price and healthyst i dont mind paying a little more for a healthyr lizard but please sed me PM with nay questions
