I used to work for Sprint. Customer Satisfaction 99.5%, QA at 100% and they let me go. They sucked then, they suck now and their market share reflects what kind of company they are. I'd bet that same rep would give out your call detail to someone that's NOT authorized which is illegal. Stupid and illegal...that's Sprint. You poor man, did you ever get help you called for? Somehow I doubt it.

Infact, I'd try to give the best deal possible - like adding vision pkgs for what cust thought was $10 but I'd add ift for $5.... the mute on her phone wasn't working lmao... haha
