In my experience there are far more dishonest officers than not,I've seen them break laws to enforce laws many times.And the ones they're breaking have more often than not been worse than the ones they were enforcing.It's too bad it's this way in our country,I expect better but sadly it just isn't so.

@Harry it. You dont need college credits to be a cop in NJ. i took the law enforcement test last year for NJ all you need is high school or GED, n my friend is on the force in NJ. @UBCS109. Not every police dep. requires college credits so to both of you guys good job assuming =)

So if a cop who got fired commited a crime he would be caught quickly

Well, there is PLENTY of evidence that cops who are ON THE FORCE are involved in crime. I really don't see why they would suddenly consider it too risky to keep conducting "business" with one of their buddies just because he had to take the badge off.

because when a cops gets fired he get invesitaged by the CCC ( corruption and crime commision ( or whatever its called in the US ).
