Falling off a mini moto can be just as dangerous as falling off a 50cc moped, and people have died doing both. It may not seem it, but in fact you're more likely to get serious injuries from mini moto accidents than from road legal bike crashes. The major injury being loss of skin, blood, and bones being shredded to bits. Never ride without gear.
