Big Mistake! NEVER pour all the coffee at once! It will not extract the full flavor of the bean. Much better if you pour a little in the beginning and let it bloom then SLOWLY pour the rest of the water in. Also you only want your water to be about 200 degrees rather than 208. 208 will give the coffee a much more bitter taste.
