musebaby01: I love watching this video. Mine is 12 weeks old now and still has no tail and no long wings too fly. People tell me that he has beak and feather cause he's missing feathers on his back, neck, wings, and tail. I went to go visit my mom and once I came back he had plucked out all his tail, and wing feathers, and neck and back. Before I left he was growing beautiful. I thought it was ok since my fiance was with him. He missed me. On his first moult they'll grow back I hope! :)
Our birds moult the same time every year. Our girl which is the youngest is still a little bit scruffy. Byrd, he got better each year. He got a longer tail feather each year. I kept them and put them in a jar. They are a lovely blue colour!

We have two now. The younger one (girl) took shorter amount of time to talk because Byrd was always talking to her.
