Whats the series with that white guy who looks like he is having a heart attack or something during the stuff and laughs at his own jokes and spys on people from the bushs. I know this because the camera was on this guy, the guy pushed the camera man away and started to run away. The camera man ran after and the guy pushed the camera away and ran on really scared. I'm in a japanese class and we watched the white guy teach japanese on a video since we are ahead :P

So when does one use Ni and No exactly. For example, why ''boru no isu shita arimasu'' and not ''boru ni isu shita arimasu''. And the same with doko ni and doko da and the likes?
