This was the most amazing show and the mash-ups of some of the songs were just brilliant. Thank you George Martin and son for your brilliance This clearly shows how timeless the Beatles music will always be and how brilliant they were as a group.

This beat Porcupine Tree's Fear of a Blank Planet for best surround sound album? All they had to do was splice together a bunch of beatles songs. PT had to create an entire album out of wholecloth. I mean, I love the beatles, but this compilation was not terribly difficult to make, or even as good as it could/should have been frankly. Its not particularly well mixed at all, its only saving grace is that the songs mixed are all incredible. But a middle school sound student could have made this.

@Porojukaha I mean, what about the soundtrack to across the universe? Even that is better than this and it was made while directing a movie. Love was an undertaking solely to create this album, and its not even as well mixed as the original albums themselves were, which listen like cohesive pieces. You get a better trip just listening to Sgt Peppers all the way through than listening to this.

I seen The Beatles in the early 60's when they weren't even top of the bill. They were just a support act on tour.

If you compare them with the original, than you can see that the mixing is different. However, those songs do sound the same. I Am The Walrus does have an altered intro. Help! also sounds like the original.
