Ratio of broken props during Jozka's bigginers courses in this school will tell you a lot - it is 2 props per 700 starts! This is one of biggest school you can find world wide!
What is the ratio of broken props in average school near by you?
Reading this bellow pushed me to give you a bit of the knowledge I have about Jozka's PPG school to let you know where these pictures came from and how to read such video message. Group of students max 8 people in one course + 2-3 instructors in same time! Annualy teaching about 70 new pilots + following trips to abroad, where there are new pilots/old pilots upgrading themselves for them in new places.Video itself is cut from 5 years of courses backwards(you can see old models of gliders there)
This video is a credit to Nirvana and the PPG School of Jozka Kacer. Their is no incentive to release this on Youtube and a lot of people will use it to try to discredit them. Each crash is instructional if an experienced pilot is present to explain what went wrong. So, thanks for the contribution guys!
@Galvoflysoz nothing even remotely like this maybe you need a refresher instructional course
these guys need better preparation and to be told not to sit down early and to get ready to land
tell them to look out in front instead of at the ground directly below them, tell them to run into the sky still running after lift off.....i just now that it shouldnt be this way almost everytime
I like your assumptions " Almost every Time" How do you know how many pilots have been trained by this guy? There is nothing really bad here common mistakes made by most new pilots . Lifting legs to early and to much brake to early when landing. Or coming in to slow and no momentum left to flare. many novice PG pilots make the same mistakes. And this is not the same pilot making mistakes but many so it is almost every time. There are pilots in your instructional videos landing bad as well.
@Galvoflysoz not sure what your talking about i have no videos posted on youtube of any of my students but If I did I have had one or two maybe 3 people do butt skid landings and maybe one or two sit down too early in the 6 years i been teaching

THAT was the coolest, most educational video I have seen (for new students).
Usually we make it look easy... that is not always true.
I will be in Czech this August 2011 !

Is there any protection below the fuel tanks like a metal plate or bars, as most of the crashes seemed to hit the fuel tank directly off the ground?
Good vid. Nice to see no injuries.
