I would have enjoyed hearing from the actual woman more, rather than solely reading her words, etc. I guess it's the cynic in me, with media these days. I would have been more compelled had I heard more from the actual Padina, rather than the actors. Some of the visuals were okay, but the actual woman speaking her own testimony, the actual people involved in events...I find it more believable, and far more compelling. The story is tremendous!
@ecarlson123 The woman with the blurred face in the video is Padina. She spoke in part of the video in Farsi, so the English translation was provided for English-speaking audiences. The reenactment was offered as an alternative to hearing Padina tell the story, but the reenactment was based on Padina's statements. Actors (besides the evangelist, who was playing himself) were chosen so that the story could be shown without having to blur out the faces of the people in the story.
@ecarlson123 There are countless testimonies around the world of transformations just like this one. We used to have a Muslim turned Christian visit our church several times a year. He would share of all the heartache, persecution, and joyous transformations of peoples lives in Muslim countries.
I was transformed. I walked into a church an atheist. I came out a born again Christian. And this was before anyone told me anything. God himself touched and spoke to me.
I WILL PRAY! for myself and them!....ITS SO DIFFERENT OUT THERE THAN IN U.S.....i mean no BELIEF RIGHTS!!!. Rights should be there no matter what people believe and others shouldnt have rights to try to STOP THAT!!!!!!!!!! :((
