  • can you shoot 68 cal paint balls if you change a barrel or a 250cal lol empire haha

  • @warmaster5128 No, way too different caliber ammo.

  • my intervention aursoft shoot 800fps

  • You should really do a test on the gamo pt 85 tactical with extra clips to add to your personal collection.

  • @anthnyplaya920 The Tactical version shoots a bit hot for our under 500 fps Canada market. It would actually require a restricted Firearms license in Canada to own.

  • how can i take the orange tip off

  • @rkshirey It unscrews.

  • @switchingtomac i mean is it counter clock wise, is it glued exe

  • @rkshirey It is not glued, think it is counter clockwise, I'm not sure now?

  • @switchingtomac It's good that you are doing airsoft guns now, could you review the "G&G Combat Machine CM16 Raider" - Google it! i just bought it today, and i'm impressed, it can fire at 13 BBs a second.

  • @one01x Looks nice and well priced - will ahem to see what I can get my hands on...

  • Great review by the way. [Couldn't fit that into the last comment.]

  • @thevilflowfreak Thanks!

  • You mentioned that by Canadian law we cannot own replica guns, and that some airguns would fall under that category. I have recently taken both my "Restricted Firearms Canadian Firearms Safety Exam" and my "Non-Restricted" exam, and asked about buying a BB gun that looks like a real 1911-- the Tangfoglio Witness you had reviewed. I asked if it would be considered a replica; my instructors replied that because it had a function [that of a BB gun] it was not considered a 'replica firearm' by law.

  • @thevilflowfreak Most airguns that shoot steel BB's or lead Pellets fall into the non-regulated category so the can be all metal and not considered replicas. Airsoft guns generally do not fall into the same classification as regular Airguns do and so they are often considered replicas unless it is determined they have enough FPS/Energy to cause serious injury.

  • @switchingtomac So a BB version of the Witness 1911 will not be considered a replica while the airsoft version would be?.. You're right, that is kinda crazy.

  • @thevilflowfreak In Canada 4.5mm Steel BB guns are considred to cause serious injury making them unregulated firearms and allowing them the "non-replica" status since they are considered firearms of sorts. Plastic 6mm BB's generally do not cause serious injury unless they shoot over 410 fps so they if they are all metal or have no clear sections and shoot under 410 fps then they can be classified as "replicas".

  • @switchingtomac I'll be careful to buy the BB version then, thanks for the info!

  • i would love it if you started to sell airsoft\!

  • @rougecards That's the plan...

  • I'm Glad to see this! :D

  • @AirsoftReviewerHD More to come...

  • The gas regulator above the barrel is a hex wrench.

  • @dimmddr1 Thanks!

  • @switchingtomac Have you tried using it?

  • @dimmddr1 Not yet.

  • What's that on your wrist?

  • @dimmddr1 It's a power band - turns me into a super human…;

  • @switchingtomac I don't understand.

  • @dimmddr1 Look up "power bands" on the Internets!

  • @switchingtomac It seems to be a placebo.

  • Why not the OB version?

  • @csmybuttt I got this one used form a fellow YouTuber - the price was right!

  • You have amazing videos dude. I'm also in Canada , Ontario actually. I have my full PAL but yet still continue to collect and shoot these guns. You should totally do more Firearm reviews!

  • @specialforces99 Thanks - I will be doing some 22LR reviews of a ISSC M22 and Chiappa 1911-22 shortly...

  • $300 US and $500 canadian?

dude but the canadian dollars worth more right now

  • @TheVancouverJatt Yes, is it supposed to make sense?

  • how much is this gun

  • @ocrfamily Around $300 in the US and as much as $500 in Canada.

  • what the price for this

  • That really is a nice looking gun. Even if you just hung it on your wall it would be nice to own!

  • @taofledermaus Yes it is 10 out of 10 in looks, I will retest it again when it warms up and hopefully it does better.

  • Wait so you got it from the States right?? How did you get it into Canada??

  • @DORC101 I shipped it, it is legal as it shoots over 410 fps.

  • Hey Mike, just wondering if you know when the full metal KWA LM4 PRT would be released.

  • @End2ourOblivion It's all pretty new, I am not sure what I am going to be able to get my hands on yet? Looks very good though!

  • @End2ourOblivion Sorry, I have no idea on this one...

  • Do you think you'll do a review for the KWA LM4 PTR?

  • @swithingtomac whats a better gun the walther ppk or the umarex hpp?

  • I wish you would show yourself shooting the gun in the end

  • @roflchips1 i wish you would give me my games

  • @RixBriann Wish you would hop off my activity feed

  • @roflchips1 hey not my fault it's on the home page of my youtube and i see shit OK?

  • @roflchips1 That is another video I plan to shoot today! It will be the Field Test Video

  • Iam wondering if any of those airsoft machine guns do have some really strong blow back action, strong recoil like in the real M4 machine gun, well not exactly the same but at least similar to the blow back airguns like x-five....

  • @temp911Luke This one has awesome blowback!

  • @switchingtomac u told me u don't make this ones if u do make a review on mp7 :D

  • So, you imported that from america, without problems from customs, how?

  • @funnyfunnySHIT12345 It is a non-regulated firearm because it shoots over 410 FPS and falls into the same category as a regular airguns (Can cause serious injury).

  • i know this gun from mw3

  • I'm not an airsofter but this thing looks bad ass. I want it!

  • @94phenom Yes, I had to have it too!

  • Oh shit dude never rack the bolt on safe! I've heard that that'll break the inner selector mechanism.

  • @fear432 Hope it all still works, seems like a problem waiting to happen though!

  • @switchingtomac Should be fine, just try not to do it again.

  • @fear432 Yes sir ;)

  • Wait, are blank guns illegal now in Canada?

  • @mec567 No they are not illegal, just trouble getting them in right now...

  • @switchingtomac I see, I have another question, I always see your website only have Canadian Dollars, I am a U.S. fan of your site, and I want to order something, how do I do this?

  • @mec567 Just order it using our online system, Paypal will convert the Canadian to US funds.

  • Are you wearing a power bracelet?

  • @1lovesoni Yes, how else do you think I have the strength to make such long videos...

  • Weak... :|

  • @elvensbane Sorry to hear that, work out a bit it helps…

  • hey @switchingtomac idk if u remember me but i saw u comment on FuzzyDicePimp's channel and i replied to u saying hey im one of your subscribers!

  • @Scorpion573 It's always nice when channel across over...

  • the aluminum bbs will destroy the brass barrel, the barrel is not steel :)

  • @TheM14ebr What's interesting is that many 4.5mm BB guns also have brass barrels and they use steel BBs.

  • What about america

  • @headSHOT1333 Yes it is sold in the US and Canada.

  • Does anybody know if you could get this gun in the uk

  • @JUNAID187 I am not sure?

  • @switchingtomac Oh :( Hopefully a UK airsofter can inform me though there's not many on youtube. Aluminum bb's work better in very powerful air powered airsoft guns like snipers I believe. But you can still use them in other airsoft guns, remember to turn the hop-up off though because it has little effect with these bb's and can actually make them less effective. It will also slightly wear down the hop-up unit over time (I assume a bb gun of this quality has a hop-up system)

  • @JUNAID187 Cool, good to know!

  • It's a good thing that you're expanding your BB/Pellet reviews to airsoft, atleast you're expanding your store unlike all of these other reviewers that sell products and downgrading drastically.

  • technically any airsoft gun under 407 fps is illegal to own and import. what people did was either they get the guns shooting over 407 fps, import them and bring them back down to their original fps or get a licence which is actually for props and movies and abuse them to import and retail them. many airsoft stores got in trouble and there was a guy from bc that was suppose to go to court because he abused his license. check out airsoftcanada if u havent already

  • @androo5826 The 410FPS is mainly to get the gun into Canada past the CBSA.

  • I love this gun. So realistic!

  • Could u review the cp99 pellet gun

  • @madarauchiha1106 If I get one down the road I will.

  • I would love it if you started selling airsoft guns because there are really no good airsoft stores based in canada, so its hard to buy guns.

  • Oh, and thanks for the shout out!

  • Great review! Some quick things:

-It came with that odd speedloader device, I didn't ever touch it though, don't know why you'd need it

-Above the barrel in the gas block there is a removable tool for further disassembly (for the torx screws on the receiver) which I always thought was really neat. Just twist the piece and it releases

-Most people actually complain how bad the accuracy is on the AWSS models, moreso at longer range though

Glad you seem to like the gun, I hope it behaves for you!

  • @FuzzyDicePimp Thanks for the info, I did know about the tool but the video just got so long so I left it out?

  • very nice

  • raid inbound

  • WE makes some very good guns. I have the WE M14 GBB rifle myself which is open bolt. Works very good, even in cold weather. But WE tends to make bad trigger units and use wrong materials so i had to replace some parts but i never had serious problems yet.

  • @HDROSpieler123 Thanks for the info!

  • hey umm ...why is your name switchingtomac ???

  • @jayztable I have had this YouTube Channel for a long time , long before I started doing airgun reviews. I used to run a website called "switchingtomac" but it got stollen from me by a dishonest person who said he was going to run it and profit share but never did.

  • How much is this in dollars?

  • @DeejayErez Canada and US dollars are about the same, just depends where you are buying it from?

  • don't use propane/green gas if its under 80F performance will drop and under 65F the gun will literally freeze and brake use C02 it will shoot harder and kick more anyway

  • @hornmonk3zit Thanks, will keep this in mind.

  • I hope you start carrying this. Looks fun.

  • @DragonfallCIA Will do my best!

  • Do you like/prefer closed bolt versions? Does it shoot the same as an open bolt?

  • @MaartenOwnd I don't know, only ever had this one.

  • Just curious.. how did the gun passed customs as you purchased this gun and had it mail to you from the states. I remember that you were saying that Canadian customs is unfamiliar with the airsoft/airgun laws.

  • @sock61 It made it through without any problem but I took a bit of chance on it, if customs tried to seize it I would be able to get it eventually but I would have to prove to them that it was legal in Canada because they are often oblivious of their own laws.

  • I'm glad you started reviewing airsoft products

  • @cccplt Me too!

  • IF YO U SELL IT! MAKES IT CHEAP PLEASE TT_TT

  • Great review. I have the same gun but in black, and Iam very pleased with it. I use green gas in my gun. Never had problems with any of my WE gas guns :-)

    Have a nice day.

    Cheers Rune

  • @MrRuneRebel Thanks - good to know.

  • Can i get this in canada ??

  • @helgasthunter Yes there are places that sell it, it's around $560-$500 though.

  • Awesome!

  • scar

  • Very thorough review. I'm not really into airsoft but that rifle seems to be really good. :)

  • @bfgguns Yes it could be a game changer for some!

  • Here are some typical airsoft, fps:distance rules, in case you are interested

    over 400fps w/.25g: 100 feet limit

    between 350 and 400 fps w/.25g: 50 feet limit

    between 300 and 350 fps w/.25g: 20 feet limit

    under 300 fps w/.25g: 5 feet limit

under 5 feet: barrel tag, rubber knife tag or call surrender

please test airsoft rifles for head shots up to 50 feet and body shots from a 100 or more.

  • @420TheSandman Thanks for the info!

  • @switchingtomac hope it is helpful.

I like your reviews and I'm glad you're going to be doing airsoft.

I enjoy shooting all types of air guns and hope everyone can band together for the good of all replica gun owners.

  • Are there any people movements or organizations that are trying to get these oppressive draconian Airgun Laws reversed? They should be happy it seems to me, that so many people in Canada would use Airguns as a plinking or small game alternative to powder burning FireArms. Not all Laws are good Laws and the Government is to serve the people not enslave them!

  • @RUNZLIG811 What? I have airguns and I live in Canada. You just need a license for any gun above 500FPS because it can be dangerous.

  • @RaeperFawks You need a PAL for any gun above 500 fps. Guns under 500 fps and 5.7 foot pound of energy can cause serious injury also which makes them non-regulated and not requiring a license.

  • @RaeperFawks I am for the Airgunner. But since you don't understand the dangers of allowing a government to pass as many laws as they wish on the tax paying citizen, then you can enjoy your slave pie! :)

  • @RaeperFawks I have a spitball shooter that goes over 500fps, WTF! Maybe I should get a license for it. LOL

  • @RUNZLIG811 This debate has been going on for a long time...

  • you should check out battery powered airsoft guns.

  • @420TheSandman I will be.

  • i'm glad to see you doing airsoft. please always promote full seal eye protection, as airsoft guns are almost aiways used to shoot players in airsoft games.

  • @420TheSandman I always wear eye protection when I shoot my guns, Airsoft will be no different. Could lose an eye with one of these real easy!

  • Thanks for the vid Mike,as always top notch!!

  • @MrWheelman30 You're welcome!

  • Do not shoot metal bbs

  • @edgajam :)

  • Cool that you do airsoft vids, I really enjoy your vids

  • @MaartenOwnd Thank you.

  • page not found

  • @skatekoh Fixed now, thanks for the heads up!

  • pellet gun that looks like that 0,0

  • i hope you get some of the cheaper ones in the for the new people to the sport because almost all the airsoft websites here in southern ontario only really have 400$ "pro" aeg's

  • @mwmwmwmwmmdw I will see what I can do!

  • NIce !

  • Good review, as always! I would love to buy airsoft from you if you end up selling some on your website!

  • @chibiauthor I hope to be in the newer future.

  • NIce!!

  • Bout time! Your very detailed about your reviews and always wondered about this gun.

  • @tacobellman2 It was fun to do, hopefully I can now review some more replica rifles now that Airsoft is on the table...

  • i am a lion hear me whimper

  • yaaay :D not first

  • first
