This one, like all the demos I have checked on YouTube, is not correct. You have to tilt your head so that the water runs into the sinuses. She does not tilt her head enough to really get the water into the sinuses under the eyes and this angle will get nothing at all into the upper sinuses in the forehead. You have to lean WAY over, as close to totally upside down as you can get, and you need to do it several times.

Weird. I just used one of those for the first time yesterday, because I have bad-ass congestion related to tonsilitis. =]
