I like it how testament started out doing thrash, nothing that was really out of the ordinary. After a few years of trying to be Metallica (or like everyone says at least) they finally said, "fuck it, we're not getting anywhere trying to be hugely successful, let's do whatever we want." And the result is this monster of an album. Seriously, this is like the heaviest song they've done. I fucking love it
