Not to mention the acrobatic "third hand" at 3:28, which would amaze Liszt himself.

What leaves me amazed is the amount of effort that needs to be put into a work like this. The dodecaphonic compositional approach worked well in my opinion and Noda does an amazing job bringing this work to life. The new version of this work is much harder though than the one that Noda is sight-reading from. He does amazingly observe Kiyama's initial and most important instruction : "as fast as possible!!!" and secondly: "Melody is very important."
