  • Most beautiful ODO i ever seen.

  • paul you pat that idea...

  • Wait so am I looking at the dash of a car or is this something from a fighter jet ? ;)

  • i hope the lag is due to the video, otherwise, as little as it is, it would annoy the hell out of my OCD ass. (if i had the money to buy one obviously haha)

  • That concept would make for an awesome wrist watch.

  • That's one hell of a fine ass super car to have that great technology

  • thats one sexy speedometer

  • I really wish more cars did this.

  • i'm hungry can i order one hamburger with frenchfries ?

  • LFA Speedometer brought to you by Windows 95!! Haha j/k, you know that shit runs Apple.

  • @ArmadaS2k

Why would it run a limited OS? If it's running a common OS at all, it's either Android or a form of Linux.

  • @Xboxlivemgear It's a joke... besides Windows and Apple are not limited OS's. Android is for cellphones, and I doubt anyone uses a cellphone for programming, gaming, Photoshop, video editing, or surfing the Web EFFECTIVELY.

  • real cars are turning into like a video game with lap time in the speedometer and how its designed, when video game cars are trying to look more realistic, funny.

  • @ekayforlife gran turismo 5? they have it in there on premium car dealer if u can get it but u need high lvl to buy it

  • @omgsean2 A high level if your a todler.

  • someone isnt wearing their seatbelt..

  • My dads LF-A reaches 9k only in 1st and 2nd normally.

  • @iSsquared There is no way your dad owns a Lexus LF-A. If you're telling the truth, post a video.

  • @iSsquared why do you kids think lying is cool?

  • @iSsquared what a lame kid..

  • @iSsquared oh no, if your dad owns a Lexus LF-A, he wouldn't have a child

  • Wait you own that LFA???!!!

  • I love this interface! Fantastic!!! :D

  • why is the redline at like 4k?

  • @christiandoy Well just like other cars, I believe since the LFA is in neutral it limits the redline to 4,000 - 4,500 ... 9k redline when driving ... I think that's what it is but I'm guessing I might be wrong.

  • @xxMaKaVeLLixx gothchya

  • @xxMaKaVeLLixx

I think you can change it in settings

  • @AJSokrates You know that makes a lot more sense than what I said so I think i'd have to agree with you on that ... technology has come a long ways though, just think ... a setting preference for your digital speedometer on where to place the redline .... love it!

  • @AJSokrates I agree with you I think, it makes a lot more sense than what I said haha ... but think, technology has come a long ways when your digital speedometer has settings including where you can place the redline, crazy!

  • @christiandoy that would be the nitrous guage ;)

  • @christiandoy that would be the N2O gauge ;)

  • SO SEXYYYYY

  • I was worried for Lexus - I thought the LFA would be a complete flop. But they sold their first batch no problem. It is by far and away my favourite Japanese car.

  • This is a well built car. I do question it..since its digital...few months or years down the track..will these digital speedometer still be accurate?Coz some cars the computers play up down the track.

Amazing built car - v10 engine and is size of a v8 and weighs as a v6. Revs fast and revs low fast. Thats why its digital speedo coz analogue cant keep up with the revs.

  • looks really sick

  • Im just waiting for him to like drag the gauges with his finger

  • let see that car on wangan :)

  • Can you watch married with children on it?

  • that one person hit the dislike on accident.

  • its confusing..

  • @MeowChicken123 if you watch top gear it's not confusing

  • @Darkplayer224 i watch top gear and i find it confusing.

  • that is HOT ~

  • Toy like? Oh please, just because you see it displays Japanese character. If you see this speedometer on Lamborgini, I bet you would say, its a combination of beauty and function.

  • LOL @ all the butt hurt euro car fantics

  • The gauge/display, just by itself, is proof positive that the Japanese aesthetic on industrial design will never develop long-lasting importance. The car is perfectly fine I'm sure, but will never sit in a place of importance in anyone's collection. As far as a museum piece 100 years from now; absurd.

    Toylike and meaningless

  • @roomrumblers Actuslly, Lexus used the digital "Toy-like" speedometer because the transmission shifts too fast for a conventional analog one to keep track.

The needle would literally be broke on a single use. The digital speedo never breaks.

  • @bluephreakr another myth perpetuated by top gear

  • @Jolinator Myth? Just looking at how the revs go up makes it seems like it would break an analog speedo.

All I know is, it gives instant feedback and it looks pretty. I don't care what anyone says, I would take the car if I knew Lexus would give it a lower price point.

  • @bluephreakr the dash is great in this car but there are plenty of race cars which rev even faster, motorbike engines, drag engines etc which use analog tachos. cheers

  • @Jolinator this thing redlines in half a second

  • i need an LFA Speedometer android theme for my Droid X

  • Just when I taught the Lamborgini Reventon

had a nice display................Damb Lexus you won again......lol

  • @benzguylv

i was thinking the same thing!!!!!

  • I wouldn't get one. I'd probably sit in my car shouting 'Engage! Warp 6!' It'd drive everyone mad.

  • God...... is that you?

  • my fav is still lambo reventon...

  • over 300k pounds for a lexus????...no way

  • so bad ass

  • It will be used on there future cars.

  • wow, just like Voltron - Defender of the Universe!

  • mmmm... ????

  • Now that`s cool hunting!
