  • HVAD ER DET DE SPILLER.

  • Wow! I remember sitting in front of this church one day but the bells didnt ring...I live in Long Island and I take the train LIRR To the city every so often...I'm 16 so sometimes I usually go alone tomeet my 30 yr old bro or I just take the train alone to go stay at his apartment which is not far from the city...Nice sounds though :)

  • this is St. Thomas's Church on Fifth Avenue and 53rd Street NYC - no question. The bells are not hand rung - no changes etc - they are rung or strung with tensile wires to which the clapper is attached, in the biz we call this a "bong-a-tron", but the sound is still beautiful. Andrew Mead is the rector. This is NOT Riverside Church. It is definitely St. Thomas on Fifth and 53rd.

  • Thank you for the info!!!

  • Tis is actually St.Thomas Episcopal at Fifth Ave and 53rd St. in NYC, with the videographer on the 53rd Street side looking toward the side of the church.

  • 21 bells here!!

  • This is the Riverside Church in New York City, and it has 74 bells, the bourdon being the largest carillon bell in the world.
