What's better, in-video or pre-roll ads?

I support the upper-right corner banner ads; as well as the pre-roll ads on VEVO and other official content. It's extremely annoying when I'm watching a video and an ad pops up right after it starts, totally throwing me off from my viewing experience. And all it does is makes me hate it, and increases my chances of purposely avoiding the advertised product or service merely on the basis of the terrible ad.

Does anyone know how to get Invideo videos on your page? I've searched all over YouTube and I can't figure out how to make it so a viewer of my music videos can download the mp3 from one of my distributors such as ITunes or Amazon. Please advise.

@IntoleranceRecords You need to be a partner. I assume you have revenue sharing already right? After you get at least 300-500 subscribers you can apply for partnership, but if you don't even have revenue sharing on any of your videos yet then you definitely will not be accepted because that means you haven't have a video get to 500 views in one day. Each video you have should average about 10,000 views maybe a little more to be accepted. For itunes, you need to apply and pay the fees.
